The Scheck Family and Grandma Della visit
Saturday, April 14, 2007
I am one month old and working hard on my double chin...
Grandpa Chuck came a few weeks ago and talked to me about getting my arm ready to throw a pitch for the Boston Red Sox.

Thank you Erin for my cute bath towel - sorry about the crossed eyes, I am working on that!
I have had some great visitors these past few weeks. Here I am with Nana Carol - she came in town this week and I got really spoiled from her. I also had some special visitors from Pittsburgh, PA - mom's cousin Clay and his wife, Joy, who are expecting a baby girl next month!
Then on Easter weekend my Aunt Dana and her boyfriend John came in town and took me out to eat for the first time. I slept through the whole thing.

Things I have learned this week...from Hudson

This has been an exciting week! Here are some things I have learned to do this week that I would like to share with you!
1. I took my first bottle! At first, I didn't know what it was dad was putting in my mouth, but once I realized what was in there I chugged it like a champ. My parents hope my chugging skills won't carry over till college....
2. I have been loving bathtime too...my favorite part is waiting for dad to get the perfect temperature and mom checking it three times with her wrists and elbows to make sure it isn't too hot....then as soon as they put me in there, I take a big pee. It is great watching them redo the whole water thing again.....
3. I also learned to cry...I am getting really good at getting mom and dad to come really fast now to see what it wrong. It gets me all kinds of good things....held, fed and changed. So now mom and dad spend lots of time carrying me around the house in the baby bjorn and sling.
4. I have been eating some really great things too! Mom's coworkers and friends are awesome - they have been spoiling us with great food - thank you all so much!
5. I found my thumb this week too - it is just those other four fingers that I am not quite sure what to do with...
Happy Easter!!!!!
