We just got back from Evan and Lyndi's beautiful wedding in St Louis. It was perfect - the weather, rehearsal, reception - everything!!! Apparently we were too busy chasing a wild little monkey around because I ended up with only a few pictures of the wedding but more will follow soon!

TS walk and the Circus!
We had a great weekend with Aunt Liz, Uncle Nick and cousins Brandon and Annika in town. Hudson loved having some kids here all weekend to play. On Saturday, we participated in the Walk against Tuberous Sclerosis for our friend Kierstin. Depsite the really rainy weather, the walk was a huge success and raised more than $41,000! Hudson especially enjoyed the good puddles the rain left and even tried to swim a few times in the swimming pools filled with ice and drinks! You can read more about Kierstin here: http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/kierstindublinske
Then on Saturday night, we went to the Ringling Brothers Circus. Everyone had a great time. Two of the kids enjoyed watching it and the other one enjoyed running up and down the stairs and enjoyed trying to escape through the crowds giggling all the way as we chased him. He did sit there for about half and hour and loved the lights and fireworks. Each time an "event" stopped he would look up and John and me and sign "more" and "please" until it would start again.
We had a fun time with the cousins and look forward to seeing them in Colorado for Christmas. This week we are here for a few days, then are heading to St Louis for Uncle Evan and Aunt Lyndi's wedding!

New York, New York
I am finally getting around to another post. Time has been flying. Hudson is now 17 months old! He has learned all sorts of new tricks lately, some from his Nana who stayed with him last weekend while John and I spent a weekend alone in New York. I think we all had a great time! Here are some updates on Hudson. He is quite a climber these days. I found him in the kitchen the other day. He found a snack cup, got on the chair and filled his cup with cheese-its....yes, he takes after his father. His is obsessed with shoes (everyone's) and keys. He loves to try to put keys in the door, grab a bag and wave goodbye to us and close himself between the real door and the glass door. Keys are a great toy till they take a swim in the dog bowl or toilet (two other obsessions). Nana taught him to "scare" her by raising his hands above his head and making a loud "roar". He gets a kick out of it. He also loves to chase Tanner with his corn popper and cracks up when she runs away after getting run over....poor thing. He loves to sit on Pilgrim and watch Elmo but Pilgrim has learned to escape quickly.

New York was a blast. We did lots of sightseeing, saw a Broadway show, ate some great food, and made it to Yankee's stadium before it gets torn down this year....we were lucky enough to be at the 13 inning game against the Royals.
