We took a trip to Deanna Rose this week and Jack had his first sand experience. Apparently it was a hit. If only he liked to eat food as much as he likes to eat sand and leaves. Actually he is doing a bit better in the food department and eating anything that he can chew with his four front teeth. So far he still loves avocado, now hummus and cheese. I am not seeing him dropping on the weight chart any time soon:).
I think we need one of these sand diggers in our back yard. Hudson played with it for an hour.....

Jack waiting for Hudson to get a haircut in his pink Jeep. I don't think it will be too much longer before both of them are getting haircuts together.

Yes, Hudson likes pink too. If you ask him his favorite colors, they are orange, green and pink. John loves this.

The boys now insist on sitting together at mealtime and feeding each other. They are pretty funny but now mealtime takes at least double the amount of time it used to. At least they are both eating though!

Jack loves to lay back in the water. As soon as you go to hold him, he leans his head way back and just grins. This child has NO fear.

We are getting ready to head to Colorado for Labor Day and are very excited to see Evan and Lyndi in Denver and then head to Ovid to see John's family. This will be the Jack's second plane ride, but the first time we have all flown together since Jack was born. Hudson is so excited.
